All grooming guests must be current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). All rounds of vaccinations must be completed before your dog’s first appointment.
Are appointments required?
Yes — Midtown does not offer walk-in grooming at this time. Please book through our online portal or call (512) 477-8079.
When should I drop off my dog?
Grooming dogs have to be dropped off by 9:30AM on the day of their appointment.
Can you give my dog a specific cut or style?
Absolutely! Our groomers specialize in breed-specific cuts and customized styles. Just let us know what you’re looking for when you book, and we’ll make sure your groomer has everything they need to deliver exactly the look you want.
Can you groom my puppy?
Yes, and we encourage it. Introducing your puppy to grooming early helps them get comfortable with the experience and the handling, setting them up for a lifetime of easy grooming visits. All puppy vaccination rounds must be completed before their first grooming appointment.
Do you offer grooming for boarding and daycare dogs?
Yes — we offer basic grooming services for boarding and daycare dogs, available at departure. Services include exit baths, nail trims, Furminator/de-shedding, eye and ear cleaning, and teeth brushing. Simply request these at drop-off or contact us in advance to schedule a departure service for your pup. If you are interested in having your dog fully groomed during their boarding stay, that can be scheduled as well with advance notice.
